What's the difference between remedial and preventative work?

Preventative, scheduled maintenance is performed at regular intervals to minimise the occurrence of major, more costly repairs and to increase an asset's lifespan. During a schedule maintenance visit we will identify any remedial (corrective) repairs that need to be carried out to your generator or UPS.
