Our client is a leading supplier of gas and electricity with 7 call centres and data centres. One site supplies power to the grid. Dale provides UPS and Generator maintenance to these critical sites which support the power supply to residential and business customers in the north of England.

Dale’s Solution

Dale provides annual maintenance to UPS systems and generators, ensuring critical backup power is available when needed. It was essential to continue to provide the preventative maintenance programme despite the working restrictions imposed due to COVID-19.

Our Results

Scheduled maintenance continued throughout the COVID-19 pandemic

The generator maintenance contract was enhanced to include consumables, streamlining the process and reducing site visits

Emergency callouts were prioritised by the service team to ensure Utilities were available at all times

Maintenance was completed out of hours to be less intrusive and to minimise social contact

All OEM critical power equipment was included in the maintenance programme. One partner for all equipment

Management information was available for all sites helping the client to manage several sites efficiently.
