Maintaining our reputation as the safe pair of hands in the power supply industry is a priority at Dale Power Solutions. It’s why we’re committed to achieving and maintaining our accreditations and certified status with many well-respected organisations and bodies.

Safety and reliability are non-negotiables when it comes to powering your business. So, choosing the right partner for your uninterruptible power supply (UPS), generator or energy storage system is crucial.

That’s why, when you choose Dale Power Solutions, you’re safe in the knowledge that we’ve earned the top industry accreditations.

Our certifications are your assurance of the highest levels of quality and safety across all our product ranges and services. For our clients, this sets us apart.

That and almost nine decades of experience in the industry, and our team of more than 80 specialist engineers covering the whole of the UK.

Our ISO Accreditations

Our clients have full confidence in our safety and quality record, and our commitment to sustainability and reducing our impact on the environment. We’ve worked hard to achieve and maintain our ISO accreditations.

So, when you choose Dale, you know you’re in a safe pair of hands.

ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety)

This is a crucial one for us. It’s the international standard for occupational health and safety management. This accreditation shows how we protect the health, safety and wellbeing of our employees, visitors, and customers.

ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management Systems)

Another international standard. It shows our proactive dedication to minimising environmental impact. The accreditation is concerned with how we reduce and treat waste, use natural resources, and increase efficiency.

ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems)

This accreditation provides a management framework to improve business practices. So, we can ensure our products and services meet - and often far exceed - customer expectations.

ISO 50001:2018 (Energy Management Systems)

Energy usage is our bread and butter, so achieving this accreditation was always a given for us. It’s all about helping organisations to get a handle on their energy usage, reduce their environmental impact, and improve their bottom line. All the things we support our customers with through our products and services.

Safety Standards & Cyber Security

It’s the nature of the power industry that our engineers often work in potentially dangerous situations. Dealing with gas and electricity requires specialist expertise, with regular training updates. That’s why we’ve made sure our customers get the added peace of mind that comes with the right accreditations.

Gas Safe Register

All businesses that deal with gas must be on the Gas Safe Register. It’s a legal requirement. All our engineers have been through this rigorous and recognised route of training and assessment provided by the only official gas registration body.

NICEIC Approved Contractor

We’re also an NICEIC approved contractor. The NICEIC is the UK’s leading certification body for electrical contracting and the wider building services industry. It means all our electrical work achieves the highest technical standards and complies with NICEIC regulations and procedures.

Cyber security

Our Cyber Essentials certification highlights our commitment to ICT security. This Government-backed scheme helps organisations protect themselves against online threats. It means we keep all your information secure.

This is essential to all our customers, whether they have purchased one off products and services, or if they have an ongoing service and maintenance contract. This accreditation provides the necessary reassurance that your data is in safe hands.

Industry-specific compliance

We work a lot with organisations in the rail, water and aerospace sectors. So, we have gone beyond the basics to ensure our customers in these industries feel secure in their choice to work with us.

RISQS - rail industry verified supplier

As a RISQS verified supplier, our rail industry clients feel reassured that we comply with their full pre-qualification system and UK and EU regulations. It’s formal recognition that our engineers are expert and capable providers of products and services within the rail industry.

JOSCAR - aerospace, defence & security

When you choose a JOSCAR registered supplier like us, you know you’re getting high-quality and compliant products and services. It also means you benefit from reduced procurement timescales and quickly choose an approved supplier, for added reassurance.

WIMES - water industry compliant equipment

Water companies also have a lot of hoops to jump through to ensure their equipment is up to standard. This is why we’ve developed a range of UPS systems designed specifically to adhere to the WIMES (Water Industry Mechanical and Electrical Specifications) protocol. Plus our engineers are trained for dangerous and harsh environments.

Choosing us for your UPS means you can take a step further towards meeting your AMP (Asset Management Period) obligations.

Procurement & supply chain

Reducing risk and ensuring supply-chain integrity are key concerns for our customers. This is why we’ve paid close attention to ensuring we hold robust procurement certifications.

Constructionline (Gold Membership)

Dale is a Gold Member of Constructionline. It’s an accreditation scheme used across the UK as a procurement pre-qualifier. This membership demonstrates to our customers that we’ve undergone increased scrutiny around governance and risk management.

Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP)

SSIP helps reduce bureaucracy in the supply chain. Being assessed by this scheme means our health and safety management systems comply with the SSIP standards.

SafeContractor

SafeContractor is a well-respected and recognised health and safety accreditation. As an approved contractor we can pool all our health, safety, and ethical policies in one place to ensure full compliance with SSIP and PAS91.

Avetta Certification

An Avetta certification ensures contractors and vendors meet rigorous safety standards. Being a part of this database means potential customers can view data on our performance, financial stability, insurance coverage and safety records so they can make a fully informed decision.

Achilles Supply Line

We’re dedicated to eradicating supply-line risk for our customers in Ireland. Which is why our operations are fully compliant with the Achilles pre-qualification system and the UK and EU regulations.

Maintaining our reputation as the safe pair of hands in the power supply industry is always going to be a top priority for Dale Power Solutions. It’s why we are committed to achieving and maintaining our accreditations and certified status with these well-respected organisations.
